Yes and No. They are finished at this time, baring a miracle and No, they are not moving to Spokane.

At last check, within the past month, construction had not started on the new rink in Coeur d Alene. I think it might have something to do with design of the building and/or the permitting process. They are still planning on at least starting construction some time this year.

I haven't heard really anything about where the Tri players are going. They had almost all 92's last year. Hopefully, some of them are finding new homes. Maybe after everyone has their main camps we'll see more of where everyone is ending up.
