Now they're updating.. 20 minutes worth of period in 3 minutes it's fast speed. Good thing the crusaders and jacks are on so that I can watch them while waiting.

Owls lost 4-2 with an empty netter late. Down 3-0 in the third Joey Benik scored two quick goals to make it a game.

I was watching the Crusaders and Lumberjacks game. The Crusaders played well in the first period and took a 1-0 lead but the Jacks are just too strong and scored three in the second and one more in the third to win it 4-1.

What did you think of the announcer? I couldn't hear him.

I thought you were real good...except when you were talking about the camera person..who we couldn't see. I love when you give background on the players.

I did it as a favor to Russ Eastburn who is still injured and the normal announcer was doing a wrestling meet. I might do another game or two in the playoffs for him. I have fun doing it and I hope you enjoyed listening. The camera person was Russ's wife. A great lady and a pretty good camera person.

I appreciate the kind words. You liked when I would mention where they are from? I try to do it at least once per game.

I try to say some things during a game that most announcers would not say as you can see most of the action so I don't need to do play by play all of the time and add a little bit of info instead.

Didn't you hate all of the icing calls in that second period? I have watched thousands of hockey games and never have witnessed that many icing calls in one period.

I talked to Chmelewski tonight. He lined last nights game and was probably more tired last night racing the puck back on all of those icings than he was tonight reffing a double OT game. He couldn't believe it!!!

Have a good day. The Star!!!
